Our Head Office and Warehouse facility in Geelong are NOT affected by the Melbourne Metropolitan Stage 4 Business Restrictions.
We are business as (COVID) usual and will continue to ship our great new season’s stock as it becomes available.
We are, and will continue to refer to Government Department of Health advice and instructions regarding hygiene and safety.

We would like to inform you of Stage II’s current safety measures in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic.
In order to prioritise the health and safety of our employees, families, customers and community, we have implemented policies to guide our work practices during this time. We believe these policies will ensure we are doing our part to help lessen the impact of this virus on our health system and community.
We would like to reassure you that our policies will not greatly impact our operations and business will continue as normal, for the most part.
While the office will remain open with a skeleton admin staff and the full warehouse crew, we will have most employees working remotely. Our office and systems are well equipped to work in this manner and we will continue to ensure we are as efficient as possible in attending to your requirements with minimal delay.
Our warehouse and despatch operations are unchanged and will continue as normal at this stage.
We have been reinforcing important hygiene standards for all our staff and we are undertaking additional cleaning duties in order to minimise the risk at our offices and warehouse.
We will continue to schedule appointments to show our ranges and service your account however at times it might be that these meetings will be booked as a phone, Zoom or Skype Video Conferencing Meeting. Please note: Zoom is our preferred video conferencing platform.
We are and will continue to refer to the Australian Government Department of Health and the relevant State Department of Health, as we review the evolving situation.
We appreciate the partnerships we have built and remain committed to supporting you by supplying you with great, commercial brands through this very difficult time. We know we have your support in return and trust if we work together now, we will all be ok on the other side.
