Administration Assistant
Full Time Role AT HEAD OFFICE. Based in GEELONG, VICTORIA
The opportunity has become available for a full time Administration Assistant to join our Production department. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to our Production Merchandisers through data entry, records maintenance and communication to other departments on progress of samples & BULK orders with offshore suppliers.
The requirements of the role include:
Style details set up in Inventory Management software & Excel spreadsheets.
Order collation for BULK order quantifying.
Raising of BULK orders with suppliers.
Maintenance of BULK purchase orders in Inventory software.
General queries and support to merchandisers as needed.
Tracking and Distribution of Sales samples to Sales Team.
Dispatch of Courier packages to offshore sourcing offices
Preparation of delivery reports for key customers.
Marketing Executive - Edge Clothing

Key Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or fashion industries.

eCommerce Merchandiser
Full Time Role AT HEAD OFFICE. Based in GEELONG, VICTORIA
As we continue to grow our brands and digital presence across multiple online channels, we are looking for someone with a passion for product, merchandising, sales and a customer first attitude. The successful applicant will work on a variety of touchpoints with multiple stakeholders across the business.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively online to maximise sales revenue and to aim for consistently improving the customer experience and increasing conversion.
