E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Full Time Role AT HEAD OFFICE. Based in GEELONG, VICTORIA

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team to deliver a high performing experience for our customers.  If you are curious and passionate about delivering superior service and want to work for an industry leader, than this may be the career opportunity for you.

 The requirements of the role include:

  • Provide support and respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat

  • Manage orders, returns, exchanges and refunds

  • Support omni-channel processes for both online and retail store customers

  • Resolve delivery and product issues with distribution, carriers and internal teams

  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers

  • Meet service targets and contribute to customer satisfaction goals

  • Capture feedback and support improvements including workflows, self-service options, automation and AI

  • Reporting and analysis and provide insights
